Base pay range $50,000.00/yr - $75,000.00/yr Summary Are you a licensed Realtor looking to grow your experience and work alongside a top-producing agent with over 30 years of proven success? We’re seeking a positive, high-energy, intelligent, and empathetic Showing Partner to support our clients and team with professionalism and care. You’ll play an essential role in delivering a smooth and elevated experience for our buyers and sellers while gaining valuable mentorship and insight into how to operate at a high level in today’s real estate market. This is a commission-only position — we get paid at the end of the transaction, and so do you. It’s ideal for someone who’s motivated, professional, and ready to learn from a Realtor who has built a reputation for excellence, integrity, and long-term client relationships. Responsibilities Active California Real Estate License Member of the Board of Realtors Access to the MLS and Supra Key Work with sales agent to guide their clients to homes Provide detailed, written feedback to confirm or refine clients’ search criteria Participate in weekly script practice per team standards Participate in team activities per team standards Track tasks and activities in PLACE CRM system Qualifications If you take pride in your professionalism, thrive in a collaborative environment, and are ready to align with a business that values growth, ethics, and client care — we’d love to connect with you.
