We’re looking for a motivated Real Estate Assistant to join our fast-growing, energetic team based in Northern Virginia. Our team collaborates with Zillow Flex , operates out of a cutting-edge office space , and boasts one of the largest social media audiences in the DMV area , generating over 10 million monthly views across Instagram and YouTube. Primary Duties Provide essential administrative support and manage transaction coordination for our agents Oversee listings, update MLS information, coordinate signage installation, and schedule professional photography Ensure prompt and clear communication with clients, vendors, and team members Organize property showings, inspections, and closing appointments Support marketing initiatives including social media content creation, email marketing, and CRM management Ideal Candidate Profile Exceptionally organized with strong time management skills Excellent written and verbal communication capabilities Tech-savvy, proactive, and solution-oriented Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-driven environment Ambitious and eager to advance within the real estate field Bonus: Collaborate with agents who close over 50 transactions annually. Gain access to free resources, real estate scripts, and exclusive behind-the-scenes insights: Stay connected for updates: Responsibilities Graduate from PLACE New Agent Launch Work with sales agent to guide their clients to homes Provide detailed, written feedback to confirm or refine clients’ search criteria Write and negotiate offers on behalf of the sales agent and clients Lead generate a minimum of 10 hours a week Participate in weekly script practice per team standards Participate in team activities per team standards Commit to weekly 1:1 coaching session, weekly trainings and Partner Call Track tasks and activities in PLACE Technology Qualifications You are energized by working with people and pride yourself in your ability to develop and maintain professional relationships.
