We are looking for Field Workers to join our team to help with on-site operations, setup, and customer interactions during live events. Job Summary

The Field Worker plays a crucial role in the on-site execution of our photography services. This role involves setting up and maintaining equipment, taking photos on site, managing customer interactions, and ensuring smooth event operations. Candidates should be comfortable working in fast-paced environments and handling equipment with care.

Key Responsibilities

On-Site Operations & Customer Interaction

• Assist customers with placing orders, viewing prints, and processing payments.
• Answer questions about photo packages, pricing, and customization options.
• Ensure a smooth workflow between photographers and customers to avoid delays.

Field Coordination & Teamwork

• Communicate effectively with photographers, sales staff, and management.
• Assist with loading and unloading company vehicles before and after events.
• Maintain a positive and professional attitude while working in various weather conditions.

Required Qualifications

To be successful in this role, candidates must have the following qualities:

✅ Physical Stamina – Ability to stand for long periods, lift equipment (up to 50 lbs), and work in outdoor conditions.
✅ Attention to Detail – Ensuring prints are accurate, displays are neat, and customer orders are correct.
✅ Customer Service Skills – Friendly, professional, and helpful demeanor with customers.
✅ Reliability & Punctuality – Arriving on time and being prepared for scheduled shifts.
✅ Basic Tech Knowledge – Ability to learn and operate printers, computers, and payment systems.
✅ Problem-Solving Ability – Quick thinking to resolve equipment issues or customer concerns.

✅ Ability to Work Weekends – Many of our events take place on Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays.

Preferred Qualifications (Not Required, but a Plus)

⭐ Experience in Photography or Printing – Familiarity with photo editing, printers, or camera equipment.
⭐ Event Setup Experience – Prior work at sports games, festivals, or trade shows.
⭐ Sales or Retail Background – Experience in cash handling, customer service, or point-of-sale systems.
