Overview Base pay range: $45.00/yr - $48.22/yr Location: Rahway, NJ 07065 Duration: 12+ Months (Extendable) Pay Rate: $48.22/hr on W2 Openings: 2 This is a hands-on project-facing opportunity. Open to hybrid and remote candidates; candidates must be comfortable communicating via Teams and email. Hybrid schedule is flexible, on a need basis only. Comments: Experience with JMP; Industrial or Chemical engineering background; DOE experience and statistical analysis; industry experience in medical device/pharma internships or co-ops for minimum 2 years. This role may require working with other scientists and participating in regular dialogue with team members. Responsibilities Develop study design (DOE), statistical analysis, and reported output using in-house JMP tools in fast-paced, critical path projects. Participate in process characterization teams to design study experiments and discuss results with process scientists/engineers. Work with Process Scientists/Engineers to complete study reports as needed. Qualifications Education and Minimum Requirement: Master’s in statistics/biostatistics or related discipline (e.g., chemical, industrial engineering) with a minimum of 2 years’ experience, or PhD or equivalent degree with a minimum of 1 year relevant work experience. Required Skills and Experience: Proven experience applying DOE to real-life process development problems. Solid knowledge of statistical analysis methodologies and experimental design. Strong hands-on experience with JMP and working knowledge of other statistical and data processing software (e.g., Minitab). Demonstrated ability to learn, be proactive and motivated, with attention to detail and execution. Strong oral and written communication skills; able to function effectively in a team environment. Experience with Design of Experiments is preferred; familiarity with industry contexts (bio-pharma/medical device/pharma internships) for minimum 2 years is desirable. Why Work with Us?
