JOB SUMMARY

Provides personalized, exceptional guest service ensuring that every guest who chooses Culver’s® leaves happy.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

1. Consistently provides excellent guest service and hospitality.
2. Demonstrates proper personal hygiene and food safety practices consistently.
3. Maintains a neat, well-groomed uniformed appearance.
4. Follows restaurant policy on attendance, respectful conduct of team members and all other policies consistently.
5. Assists guests with product knowledge and promotional information upon request accurately.
6. Follows company safety standards at all times and looks out for the safety of other team members and guests.
7. Handles guest comments promptly and courteously.
8. Performs primary position responsibilities timely and accurately.
9. Performs secondary position responsibilities timely and accurately, after the primary duties are accomplished.
10. Assists with odd job responsibilities timely, upon manager on duty (M.O.D.) request.
11. Prepares quality products while maintaining: portion control and presentation within service goal times.

In 1984, Craig and Lea Culver, along with Craig’s parents George and Ruth, opened the very first Culver's in the family’s beloved hometown of Sauk City, Wisconsin, and began serving ButterBurgers® and Frozen Custard.
Craveable as our signature combination is, the Culver family knew right away that although the business is centered around the food, it is really about the people.
