Essential Job Functions

• Provide top-tier service that encourages repeat visits, engaging customers with a positive and helpful attitude.
• Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and gaming regulations set by the Gaming Control Board, ensuring full compliance at all times.
• Familiarize yourself with all betting options and engage in conversations with customers about sports and betting choices.
• Address customer complaints and disputes, escalating to a supervisor when necessary to ensure resolution.
• Work effectively with other team members and management, contributing to a positive work environment.
• Complete all required paperwork and documentation per company policies and Gaming Control Board standards.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor or management.

Qualifications

• Basic computer knowledge, including proficiency with email, MS Excel, and internet navigation.
• Minimum of 1 year of cash handling experience in a professional setting.
• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent preferred.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Ability to obtain a gaming license from the Gaming Control Board and other jurisdictions as necessary.
• Strong commitment to providing high-level customer service.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and some holidays.
• Present a polished and professional appearance and demeanor.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to perform basic math calculations.
• Responsibility for understanding and adhering to all company and VA Lottery compliance requirements.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand for extended periods.
• Must be able to lift, pull, or push up to 25 lbs.
• Ability to write for long periods.
• Ability to twist, bend, and reach without significant restrictions.

Salary Range: $16 per hour (Tips included)
