Position: Transportation Manager
Location: Bartonville, IL
Travel: Up to 20% (Domestic)
As a Transportation Manager at Altorfer Power Systems, you will lead transportation operations to ensure efficient, cost-effective, and compliant movement of goods across Altorfer's supply chain. This includes managing carrier relationships, optimizing transportation networks, scheduling and driving continuous improvement initiatives.
Monday through Friday (1st Shift). Weekends / Afterhours as needed.

Pay rate: $65,000 - $90,000 annually

This position works in both office and warehouse environments. May sit at a desk for long periods, answer phone calls, and use a keyboard to communicate via email and in a vehicle traveling to and from locations. May walk, bend and lift up to 25-50 lbs occasionally. May require wearing safety equipment (eg, safety glasses, protective footwear, gloves). Noise level varies from moderate to high in warehouses. Must be flexible to work varying schedules and hours as needed. Reasonable accommodations may be made for individuals with disabilities to perform these functions.
