Job Description\n

American Traveler is hiring an experienced RN for a night shift Emergency Department position requiring a WI or compact license, BLS, ACLS, PALS, and NIHSS certifications.

\n \n Responsibilities\n

• Work in the Emergency Department of a hospital setting
• Night shifts, Friday through Sunday, 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM (3x12 hrs)
• 13-week assignment
• Patient population consists of typical emergency cases
• Epic EMR experience preferred
• Locals accepted within a 50-mile radius at a different rate
• Must be gone at least 1 year to return as a traveler if previously employed at this hospital system
• Orientation modules must be completed within the first 8 hours
• Return staff policy requires a 12-month gap from last employment to be eligible
• Travel pairs are accepted
• First time travelers will be considered

\n \n Requirements\n

• Active WI or compact RN license in hand
• Minimum 2 years of recent Emergency Department experience required
• Current BLS, ACLS, PALS, and NIHSS certifications required
• Preferred certifications include TNCSS and TNS
• Must not have a latex allergy
