Job Description\n

American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN for an Interventional Radiology position requiring proficiency in PICC and MIDLINE procedures, active NJ or Compact RN license, and experience with Epic.

\n \n Responsibilities\n

• Work in the Interventional Radiology unit of a hospital
• Day shift, Sunday to Thursday, 9:00am to 5:30pm
• 13-week contract with 40 hours per week
• Patient care involves IR procedures requiring moderate sedation and circulating responsibilities
• Use of Epic EMR is required
• Teaching hospital with community hospital experience preferred
• Role involves performing and assisting with a variety of interventional radiology procedures
• Must be able to administer moderate sedation and provide patient monitoring during procedures
• Returning employees must be separated from the health system for at least one year before being eligible
• Local candidates are accepted at the same rate as travelers
• First-time travelers are welcome to apply

• Active NJ or Compact RN license required at time of consideration
• BLS and ACLS certifications required
• At least 1 year of RN experience required
• Proficient in PICC and MIDLINE procedures
• Moderate sedation and ability to circulate in IR required
• Epic EMR experience required
• Will consider applicants with procedural experience in OR/CVOR, ICU/CCU, or Cath Lab
