Serve as a primary client contact for senior executives, building trusted advisory relationships and ensuring alignment with client business objectives. Develop and execute strategies to improve client business performance, drive revenue growth, and support customer-centric transformation initiatives. Manage project teams, guiding junior members and ensuring project delivery meets quality, timeline, and budgetary expectations. Lead business development activities by identifying new opportunities, crafting proposals, and representing Accenture’s Utilities practice in sales pursuits. Here's what you need: Minimum of 3 years of experience in the Utility Industry, Customer Service project delivery / Customer Transformation project delivery Minimum of 2 years of functional experience with either an SAP or Oracle platform. Expertise in Meter to Cash operations, functions, and technologies. Expertise in major Customer Transformation and technology implementations (e.g., CIS replacements) Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience. Ability to travel as needed.
