Complete Description The CJIS Cloud Engineer serves in a Team Leader role, ensuring seamless connectivity between interface partners and meeting infrastructure needs across multiple projects. Key responsibilities include: Acting as the Single Point of Contact for Infrastructure Activities to streamline communication and accountability. Owning and being accountable for infrastructure-related tasks, ensuring their successful and timely completion. Managing Infrastructure Connectivity and serving as the primary contact for connectivity activities. Collaborating with CJIS and PMO teams to understand project timelines and proactively address potential delays. Engaging with interface partners to facilitate connectivity and meet project requirements. Maintaining network connectivity documentation and establishing a centralized repository for IP and server details. Preparing and managing firewall rule documentation in collaboration with relevant teams and partners. Testing, validating, and implementing secure connectivity solutions within project timelines. Establishing monitoring tools for system performance, dependencies, and infrastructure health to proactively address issues. Developing and maintaining centralized documentation for infrastructure design, IP management, and connectivity standards. Managing infrastructure gaps, including infrastructure alignment, IP management, and disaster recovery planning. As a team member of Project CRIS, contributing to infrastructure requirements and connectivity needs.
