Now hiring Warehouse Pallet Builder
Tipp City, OH
Pay Rate: $18.00 per hour + Incentives (Performance pay is given based on speed and quality of work)
Shift: 1st Shift | 7 AM - 3:30 PM OR (3rd Shift | 9 PM - 7 AM | Monday - Thursday)

• Manufacturing experience (construction experience is a plus)
• Able to accurately read a tape measure
• Able to follow instructions and stay focused on the task at hand
• Attention to detail-you care about doing it right, not just fast
• Can lift up to 50 lbs. and stand on your feet during your shift
• Show up on time, ready to work, every day
• Safety-first mindset-you look out for yourself and your team
• Good communication skills and a team player attitude

What the Job Looks Like

• Use power tools and various saws/drills to cut and assemble custom wood pallets/crates
• Inspect products for quality and report any issues
• Keep your workstation clean, organized, and safe
• Pack and label finished items for shipping or storage
• Follow all safety rules and company policies
• Work with your team to meet daily production goals
• Report problems or delays to your supervisor
• Help with general warehouse duties as needed
