What We're Looking For - At least 5 years of cradle-to-grave freight brokering experience
- Proven track record of managing your shipments from pickup to destination
- Strong communication skills and ability to build lasting customer/carrier relationships
- Self-starter mentality with the ability to work independently from home
- Familiarity with TMS software and freight market trends
- Existing book of business is a plus/relationships in the logistics industry required

SALARY: $70,000.00 - $140,000.00 BASE PLUS COMMISSIONS Only experienced freight specialists will be considered.
