Job Full Description

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Warehouse Picker/Packer to join our team in a cold storage environment. This position requires working in refrigerated and freezer-like conditions to accurately pick, pack, and prepare products for distribution. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working in cold temperatures, able to move quickly with precision, and available for extended shifts at the start of the week.

Responsibilities :
• Pick and pack orders at a fast and accurate pace
• Operate in cold and freezer storage areas for extended periods
• Prepare and wrap pallets for loading and shipment
• Receive and verify incoming inventory
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the warehouse
• Follow all safety and food handling protocols
• Collaborate with warehouse team and supervisors to meet productivity goals

Requirements:
• Previous warehouse or cold storage experience preferred
• Ability to work in temperatures as low as 0°F
• Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and standing for long periods
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Willingness to work extended hours on Mondays and Tuesdays
• Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented
