The District EBV Volunteer Service Associates report to the District EBV Volunteer Recruitment Lead. In a disaster scenario, you would be responsible for implementing recruitment strategies and tactics to recruit event-based volunteers, non-disaster local community volunteers, and new organizations supporting disaster services. You would ensure open shifts in the DRO Shift Tool are filled to meet operational needs in the district by managing the rosters and may also support the operation of a volunteer intake center by screening or scheduling volunteers.
