Great hourly pay + productivity + product commission + terrific tips. These positions are also eligible for weekly bonuses. Manager Qualifications Current cosmetology, barber or manager license as required by state/province regulations Commitment to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and early evenings Dedication to terrific customer service Commitment to follow and role model the service standards.
