We are seeking an experienced and driven Mortgage Loan Originator to join our dynamic and rapidly growing real estate agency. As part of our team, you’ll be at the forefront of helping clients navigate the mortgage process while playing a pivotal role in supporting and driving the success of the agency. This is an in-house position, and we are looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, high-energy environment where results and initiative are paramount.

Key Responsibilities:

• Consistent Outreach to Real Estate Agents: You’ll be responsible for maintaining strong relationships with our in-house real estate agents, providing them with the tools and support they need to offer seamless mortgage solutions to clients. Expect regular, proactive communication to ensure agents are informed, supported, and working closely with you to close deals effectively.
• Lead Engagement: You will handle inbound and outbound calls to leads and follow-up. Whether it’s new homebuyers, refinances, or existing clients seeking advice, your role is to consistently engage with leads, answer questions, and guide them through the mortgage process. A customer-first mentality is key to success in this role.
• Database Management & CRM: Keeping our client database up to date is crucial. You will be responsible for managing leads, prospects, and current clients within our CRM, ensuring all information is accurate, organized, and regularly reviewed. This allows for streamlined communication and a higher closing rate.
• Weekly Production Reporting: You’ll be expected to track and report your weekly production to management, helping us understand your pipeline, the status of your deals, and areas for improvement. We value transparency and proactive reporting to keep everyone aligned on goals and expectations.
• Collaboration with Management on Production: You will collaborate closely with the management team to discuss progress, share insights, and strategize on how to increase the team’s overall performance. We expect a proactive approach in identifying challenges and proposing solutions to enhance productivity.

Qualifications:

• Active and valid Mortgage Loan Originator license (State-specific)
• Proven track record of success in mortgage lending or real estate sales
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Proficiency in CRM software, database management, and reporting tools
• Ability to work independently while managing multiple tasks
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to providing top-tier customer service
