The Marquardt, an Illuminus Community, is hiring for a Registered Nurse (RN). We are set on a 52-acre campus with rolling green lawns, gorgeous trees and flowers and paved walkways. The Marquardt offers assisted living, memory care, and skilled nursing care as well as independent living options for older adults in Garden Homes and apartments.

Established in 1969, The Marquardt has continued to transform expectations of senior living with ever-evolving and expansive options in Watertown, Wisconsin, conveniently located halfway between Madison and Milwaukee.

Full-time or Part-time positions available
AM, PM or NOC shifts available
$35.50-$45.00 per hour, based on experience
Shift Differential for PM and NOC Shifts
Eligible for Sign On Bonus

The registered nurse will identify, provide for, and accept responsibility for the fulfillment of resident’s total nursing needs. This includes all nurse practice activities up to and including assessments, medication administration and monitoring, documentation, all while ensuring the provision of person centered care.

Requirements:
Licensed Registered Nurse in the State of Wisconsin.
Active CPR
Knowledge and/or experience in geriatrics.
Knowledge and/or experience with state and federal regulations.
