As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal, you will monitor and patrol utility locations to help maintain a secure environment. Your visible presence and routine patrols help to deter security-related incidents while delivering outstanding customer service. This position requires a valid driver's license and involves driving responsibilities as part of your patrol duties. What You'll Do:

+ Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.

+ Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.

+ Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity.

+ Observe and report any suspicious activity or security-related concerns within the utilities environment.

+ Communicate clearly and professionally with clients, visitors, and team members to support a secure environment.

+ Complete detailed and accurate reports of daily activities, observations, and incidents as required by site procedures.

+ Assist with access control by monitoring entrances and exits, ensuring only authorized personnel are permitted entry as outlined in site procedures.

+ Support Allied Universal management and site leadership by following all company and client directives related to security-related functions.

Minimum Requirements:

+ A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.

+ Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

+ Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

+ Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.

+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.

+ Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.

+ A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
