At a minimum, a Secret clearance is required upon the start of employment and within 14 days following the start date the employee must obtain their Security + certification. As Sr. ServiceNow Developer you will perform configuration, development, support, and maintenance of the ServiceNow implementation. Works with external and internal stakeholders to understand, propose, and deliver digital transformation solutions with emphasis on request fulfillment, automated workflows through ServiceNow Service Catalogs and key ITIL processes like Request, Incident, Problem, Change, Knowledge, and other modules./ppPrimary Responsibilities:/pulliSupport the standup, configuration and implementation of ServiceNows ITSM, OMT, TSM, and TSOM modules./liliCreate and maintain Forms, Reports, Views, Workflows, Groups and Roles./liliCreate, maintain and enhance Dashboards and reporting, including scheduled reports./liliCreate and configure tool integrations with ServiceNow (Elastic, Netcool, Kafka, etc)./liliCoordinate and support application and platform upgrades./liliAssist with design, creation and cataloging of business process flows./liliWork with other members of the ServiceNow development team to propose solutions based on business needs and strategies./liliPerform the necessary tasks to design and configure ServiceNow functions to meet operational needs./liliSupport business process re-engineering activities to move ticketing and order management capabilities into ServiceNow./liliIdentify trends and find patterns in unstructured and semi-structured customer data that can be used to create a more positive customer experience and increase overall network performance./liliInteract with the customer to address Systems Engineering technical considerations and associated problems, issues or conflicts./liliDeveloping, configuring, and customizing the ServiceNow platform to fit business requirements./liliTroubleshoot and resolve problems./liliOrchestrate and automate tasks./liliResponsible for the design and build of ServiceNow Applications and integration to other applications and platforms, including architecture, languages, best practices, and methodologies in an Agile Scrum environment./liliProvide strong development and project on-track and on-task and collaborate on an ongoing project in both new and enhancements development between engineers, developers, analyst, and other team members./liliFollow, maintain, and apply documentation best practice policies, procedures, and process throughout ServiceNow development./liliCollaborate with cross-functional teams to gather input to support ongoing business needs for Service Now configuration, implementation, and support./liliReview and apply any additional UI/UX requirements from external and internal team and align into ServiceNow development./liliUtilizes available programming methodologies and languages and adhere to coding standards, procedures and techniques while contributing to the technical code documentation./liliSupport data migration as needed./liliDesign and implement solutions following established Configuration Management policies and standards./liliIntegrate data from multiple data sources into a unified CMDB, ensuring data quality and integrity are maintained./liliWorks with and mentors junior developers to guide and coach them throughout each project./li/ulpBasic Qualifications:/pulliRequires a US Citizenship./liliHold and active security certification that meets DOD 8570 IAT level II or higher (i.e., Security+)/liliMust hold an active DoD Secret clearance./liliMust be able to commute to Scott AFB, IL, Ft. Meade, MD, or Ogden, UT for full time on-site support/liliBachelors Degree with 8 12 years of relevant experience or masters with 6-10 years of prior relevant experience.
