Overview Senior Paid Search Manager at Moroch Job Summary The Senior Paid Search Manager oversees execution of search advertising campaigns for their clients. They will oversee day-to-day management of multiple client accounts, build strategy for the accounts and be responsible for the associated reporting and analysis. The goal for this position and team is achieving and exceeding client goals through executing best-in-class SEM practices, while demonstrating thought leadership to improve the efficiency of their team. This is an exempt position. Responsibilities Manages Paid Search media for clients across entertainment, lead generation, services, QSR, and retail verticals Responsible for executing strategy on client accounts, including building keywords, creating ads, launching promotions, a/b testing, budget management and bid management Set up campaigns aligned with client business goals, making consistent optimizations against targets Perform in-depth analysis of media performance and prepare weekly reports with tangible recommendations for clients Drive team process efficiency, with a focus on technology and AI Contribute to a culture of innovation and workplace excellence Supports day-to-day communication with team, vendors and clients When applicable, is responsible for feed management, cleansing and optimizations for Google Shopping Recommend and implement sophisticated testing frameworks to measure and improve campaign performance Autonomously troubleshoots issues Showcase strong presentation skills and thought leadership Works closely with junior team members by delegating tasks and fostering growth Develops relationships with clients and vendors by listening to the client’s goals and providing strategy and results that deliver on those goals Develops relationships with Google and Bing representatives Works daily in platforms such as Google Ads, Bing Ads, SearchAds360, etc. Works as a part of a larger media team; participates in team meetings and brainstorms Qualifications 4+ years related work experience with managing SEM/PPC campaigns on Google and Bing Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Microsoft Excel Experience with Google Ads, Bing Ads, Google Analytics, SearchAds360, DoubleClick Manager, Kenshoo, Marin, etc. Preferences Experience with retail or service SEM accounts, agency experience Experience working across Performance Max, Demand Gen, and App campaigns Background across other digital media avenues, including SEO, Google Business Profile management, and Social Media This position is preferred to be local in the Dallas, TX area, but we are open to considering remote employees.
